Cursillo Weekend - Pilgrim applications are currently being accepted for the East Carolina #106 Weekend, which will take place November 6-9 at Trinity Center in Pine Knoll Shores.
Weekend fee is $300 and includes room and meals. Scholarships are available. The weekend consists of five meditations, 15 talks, a healing service, a Spiritual Advisor on site, and Eucharist, every day. The 45th Annual New Bern area CROP Hunger Walk will take place on Sunday, September 28. CROP Walk raises funds to address nutritional and development needs of those in our community and around the globe. Locally, Religious Community Services (RCS) will receive 25% of the proceeds. This year, Christ Church is encouraging those who would like to participate in CROP Walk as part of a team to join up with Interfaith Refugee Ministry. Click here to register.
