• Annual Golf Ball Drop to benefit New Bern Garden Club happens on Monday, January 12 at 10 am. Golf balls are $10 each. Email newberngardenclub@gmail.com or call 603-233-0942 with any questions. 

• Coffee House Christmas presented by Tried by Fire -- A musical concert featuring classic and modern Christmas carols and songs will take place at 5 pm, December 20, 2025. Tickets are $10 adults / $7 youth. More information at www.triedbyfireinc.org.

• Craven Community Chorus presents Appalachian Winter Concert for a Cause - Thursday, December 4, Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7. Tickets are $10. • Seniors Embrace Technology - Digital Navigators can help you sign up for low-cost internet, assist with purchasing a laptop, troubleshoot basic technology issues, and locate an in-person or online digital skills class. Call 252.671.7553 and ask to speak to Cynthia Livingston.

• Caregiver Support Group for End-of-Life Loved Ones - 10:30 am on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at the River Bend Municipal Building (51 Shoreline Drive).
